I had such a wonderful experience with Nora at Occasions Florist in Gainesville! I had a same-day request that needed to be delivered the same day, and Nora could not have been more accommodating. From the very beginning, she had such a pleasant and reassuring demeanor, which immediately put me at ease. Not only did she guarantee that the flowers would be delivered on time, but she personally delivered them herself!

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful—fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed and the recipient was thrilled with them. It’s rare to find such genuine care and dedication to customer service, and Nora went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I highly recommend Occasions Florist, and especially Nora, for anyone looking for stunning floral arrangements paired with exceptional service.

I was hesitant to order a bouquet for my sister as she's not usually a fan, but this one was truly stunning! She absolutely adored it. The arrangement was exquisite, with each flower perfectly cut and placed. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the entire experience a pleasure.

Their service is wonderful and timely, and their flower designs are beautiful which always meet my expectations.

I usually choose the “Custom” arrangement choice and allow the ladies to be creative. I’ve always been happier with the results than limiting myself with a selected arrangement.

I am always concerned when ordering flowers that they will not be close to what is represented in a picture. These were as shown, and I am truly happy with the flowers that were sent. Thank you

I had a last minute delivery and honestly always tend to defer to the large national players. Their “same day delivery” options were actually 6 days delayed so there was no way to accommodate my schedule. I found Occasions and not only were they able to do a same day delivery, they designed AND delivered a custom arrangement in under 6 hours from my order. The arrangement was beautiful and thoughtful. Occasions will be my go to florist for any local needs from here on out.
